These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of the DAVET24 platform and services provided by ERKINOV LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, located at 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "we", or "us").
By accessing the DAVET24 website (davet24.com), registering on the platform, or paying for our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
DAVET24 is an online platform for creating digital wedding invitations, wedding pages, and related services. The Service is provided entirely through your web browser at davet24.com — no software download or installation is required. You create your invitation on the platform, pay for the selected service, and receive access to your finished digital invitation or wedding page, which you can share with your guests via a link.
2.1. Pricing: The price of each service is displayed on the website before you complete payment. All prices are shown and charged in [USD / EUR / TRY — укажите валюту]. This is the same currency in which your bank card will be charged. Any currency conversion fees applied by your bank are your responsibility.
2.2. Payment Method: Payments are made by bank card and processed securely by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store or have access to your card details. Providing access to the created digital invitation or wedding page constitutes the full and final delivery of the service purchased.
2.3. No Subscriptions: All payments are one-time charges; we do not offer recurring subscriptions at this time.
2.4. Immediate Performance and Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal: Our service is a digital product delivered immediately after payment. Before completing your purchase, you must expressly request that we begin performance of the service immediately and expressly acknowledge that, once your digital invitation has been created and access has been provided, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) under applicable consumer protection law, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation. You give this consent by ticking the confirmation box at checkout. If you do not give this consent, we cannot deliver the service immediately.
2.5. Refunds: Subject to Section 2.4, a refund is possible within 24 hours of payment, provided that the digital invitation has not yet been created and materials have not been delivered to you. After the invitation is created and delivered, the service is considered fully rendered. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.
2.6. Price Changes: We may change our prices by publishing updated prices on the website. Changes do not affect services already paid for.
3.1. Mandatory Support Contact: In the event of an issue, you agree to contact our support team at info@davet24.com prior to filing any dispute or chargeback with your financial institution.
3.2. Unjustified Chargebacks: Filing an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute without prior communication is considered a material breach of this Agreement. We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts involved in fraudulent or unjustified disputes.
4.1. Ownership: You retain ownership of the texts, photos, and other materials you upload to create your invitations. You grant the Company a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
4.2. Disclaimer: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you post and for ensuring that you have the right to use all uploaded materials, including photos, music, and guest information. The Company assumes no liability for content uploaded by users.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for interruptions of the Service caused by third-party actions, internet connection failures, or force majeure. The Company's total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of DAVET24 shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Company for the service in question. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree not to use DAVET24 to create or publish content that:
7.1. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate your access to the platform in case of violation of these terms.
7.2. Geographic Restrictions: We do not provide services to individuals or entities located in jurisdictions subject to US OFAC sanctions. By using the Service, you represent that you are not located in any such jurisdiction.
7.3. Notifications: By using the Service, you agree to receive service notifications by email and via WhatsApp, including updates on order status and guest responses.
7.4. Personal Data: Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy published at davet24.com/privacy.
7.5. Amendments: We may change these terms by publishing a new version on the website. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
